What is Hyaluronidase:
Hyaluronic acid lyase, also known as hyaluronidase or "Hyaluronidase for Injection", is a kind of enzyme that can hydrolyze hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid lyase is a natural enzyme, which has hydrolysis effect on hyaluronic acid. It eliminates the injections of inappropriate parts and eliminates the excessive injection of hyaluronic acid, resulting in the elimination rate of 90%. It is mainly used to repair the failure of hyaluronic acid shaping. Hyaluronic acid lytic enzyme is a substance that dissolves hyaluronic acid. After hyaluronic acid injection, it doesn't feel very good after cosmetology. It can be dissolved in hyaluronic acid within 48 hours, and then it can be filled with hyaluronic acid again.

With the increasing popularity of hyaluronic acid filler, hyaluronidase has become an essential drug for the correction of complications and unsatisfactory results after filler injection. In order for hyaluronidase to dissolve a hyaluronic acid filler, it must interact with its binding sites within the hyaluronic acid. The reaction of a filler to hyaluronidase depends on the hyaluronic acid concentration, the number of crosslinks, and the form of the filler. Hyaluronidase is rapidly degraded and deactivated in the body. Therefore, in order to dissolve a hyaluronic acid filler, a sufficient amount of hyaluronidase must be injected close to the filler. If the filler is placed subcutaneously, injection of hyaluronidase into the filler itself may help, but if the filler is placed within a blood vessel, it is sufficient to inject hyaluronidase in the vicinity of the vessel, instead of into the filler itself.

Hyaluronidase injection is a sterile product of hyaluronidase plus appropriate excipients, freeze-dried, and is a white or off-white freeze-dried block or powder. The aqueous solution is unstable and needs to be prepared before use.

Subcutaneous or intramuscular injection, 150~1500U/time, 1~2 times a day, first dissolve with normal saline or water for injection, and then mix with other injections; for subcutaneous infusion, add 150U of this product to 100ml large infusion. This product is an antihypertensive drug.
