Dexamethason Phosphate Sodium CAS 2392-39-4

This product reduces and prevents tissue response to inflammation, thereby reducing the appearance of inflammation. It can inhibit the aggregation of inflammatory cells, including macrophages and white blood cells, in the inflammatory site, and inhibit phagocytosis, lysosomal enzyme release, and the synthesis and release of inflammatory chemical mediators.

Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate (DSP), chemical name 16a-methyl-11β, 17a, 21-trihydroxy-9a-flugestagen-1,4-diene-3,20-dione-21-phosphate Ester disodium salt, belonging to the adrenal cortex hormone drugs, can stabilize the lysosomal membrane, reduce the release of hydrolytic enzymes in the lysosome; inhibit the production of inflammatory substances bradykinin, serotonin and prostaglandin, and increase the production of mast cell granules. Stability, reducing the release of histamine; constricting blood vessels, inhibiting the migration of leukocytes and macrophages outside the blood vessels, etc., thus having an anti-inflammatory effect.
