Action: Dorzolamide (trade name Trusopt) is a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor. Dorzolamide hydrochloride is an antiglaucoma topical eye drop. Dorzolamide hydrochloride is used to reduce the increased intraocular pressure in open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension
