Amlodipine besylate, the domestic trade name is Luohuoxi, its chemical name is 3-ethyl-5-methyl-2-(2-aminoethoxymethyl)-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-1 , 4-dihydro-6-methyl-3,5-pyridinedicarboxylate benzenesulfonate, is the third-generation 1,4-dihydropyridine calcium ion antagonist developed by Pfizer in the 1980s.
